Customers may exchange their products within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy for your convenience. If you're unsatisfied with your product, you can initiate a return.
Prepaid and COD both orders are eligible for refunds.
There is No any type of fees will be charged for returns
Cancellation:
Pre-dispatch
If you wish to initiate a cancellation for your order, kindly send an email to dland.co.in@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
Post dispatch
Once an order was dispatched, we could not accommodate any cancellation requests. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before dispatch to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
Please Note:
If receiving a faulty, damaged, or substandard product, customers must email dland.co.in@gmail.com with accompanying images and videos of the product within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification of the issue, an appropriate solution will be provided.
Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with intact tags and labels, and in the original packaging.
